Our office is conveniently located on 411 60th Street. Our friendly and efficient Front Office Staff will assist you to arrange an appointment that is most convenient. To schedule an appointment please call us at 201-867-8550.
Mission Statement
The mission of Herman Dermatology is to provide quality health services and facilities for the community, to promote wellness, to relieve suffering, and to restore health as swiftly, safely, and humanely as it can be done, consistent with the best service we can give at the highest value for all concerned.
Billing
All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. We accept cash, check, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Appointments & Cancellations
With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep all of your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment we require 24 hours notice. In such a case, please call our office and arrange for a make-up appointment with one of our patient care coordinators.
To schedule an appointment please call us at 201-867-8550. We understand that your schedule may change and that emergencies arise. If you are unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice. Please extend us this courtesy so that other patients may be seen.
Emergencies
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies. Call 201-867-8550 so that the physician on call can be contacted.
We provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call our office at 201-867-8550. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.
Patient Forms
The Herman Dermatology provides our patients with office forms for your convenience. We recommend you print and fill these forms prior to your appointment to save time.
